New ATM networks will cost money not save

I just did a quick search of your new ATM networks, they seem to be more confining than the one you currently use. I know when I go on vacation next week I will incur ATM fees. This change will cost your customers more than it will save them. For example in the 60093 zip code the only ATMs are your own and one other community bank.

    Thanks for commenting on our site! We are always eager to receive feedback from our customers on new bank implementations in order to provide you with the best service and products in the future.

    After much research, we made the decision to change our ATM network provider. In the big picture, this means more surcharge-free ATMs in more locations in nearly every zip code.

    I understand what you concern is with the Stars ATM search, with there only being 4 locations in your zip code. However, with the MoneyPass site, you will see that there are over 24 eligible ATM's within 4 miles of your zip code and over 42 eligible ATM's within 7 miles of your zip code that will not charge you a fee.

    I encourage you to use our ATM locators at www.sum-atm.com and www.moneypass.com.To find a SUM® or MoneyPass® ATM near your home or wherever your travels will take you.
